Roll up your sleeves -- and stretch your playground budget.  In these challenging economic times, more communities are searching for creative ways to achieve an inexpensive playground, without compromising quality, safety or aesthetics.  We help communities, schools, churches and civic organizations design and build a playground of their children's dreams - for about half the cost of off-the-shelf, catalog equipment.

Recycled and environmentally friendly building materials are purchased right in your community, reducing your playground's environmental footprint -- and supporting local merchants.  When you roll up your sleeves, you won't be alone.  Our team of community-built playground professionals will be right next to you -- leading your volunteers in a memorable and rewarding playground event that instills civic pride and ownership.

"With over 35 years experience, we know that building fun playgrounds and building community go hand in hand."

Welcome to our site where you will learn more about the Learning Structures Community-Built Playground Advantage. The children and families in your community will be glad you did.

Noahs Ark Playground
Noah's Ark Playground

The kids at Grandville Christian School in Michigan weren't shy about telling the Learning Structures design team what they wanted -- A giant Noah's Ark on their playground!

With multiple decks and a variety of play events -- physical, cognitive, social and imaginative play abounds.  Take a glide down the 24-foot long "Two-by-Two" slide, stand high on Noah's lookout next to the Dove of Hope Music  Wall.

This $30,000 playground could never be ordered from a catalog.
